WWE RAW April 10: Matt Riddle vs Miz, Women’s Tag Title Match Set
WWE has announced 2 matches for RAW April 10, 2023 episode including WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship match.
Raquel Rodriguez and Liv Morgan were in action this week on RAW and they defeated Damage CTRL’s Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky. After their win, the commentary team announced that they are now the #1 contenders to challenge Women’s Tag Team Champions Becky Lynch and Lita.
Lynch and Lita won the titles from Kai and Sky in February and are yet to defend it. They were in a backstage interview after this match, and Becky Lynch said she was glad that her rivalry with Damage CTRL was over and they could now focus on restoring the prestige of Women’s Tag Team titles.
Trish Stratus was also with the champion and was left out from the cat-shake that only Becky and Lita shared. Trish felt uneasy but she ignored the cat-shake from Bryon Saxton, who tried to cover it up. Trish, Becky and Lita defeated Damage CTRL on WrestleMania 39 Night 1.
RAW After WrestleMania is famous of returns and debut. This year, we only got one return in the form of Matt Riddle who interrupted Miz’s call for no more surprises and brawled with him, finishing him with Bro-Derek. He will get a proper match next week when he faces Miz in a singles match.
WWE RAW episode of April 10, 2023, will air from Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, WA. Apart from these two matches, we can expect to know the reason why Brock Lesnar attacked Cody Rhodes. Bobby Lashley and Bronson Reed also teased a rivalry and we might see the follow up on that front also. For now, the line-up for next week’s RAW is as below:
