WWE SmackDown Sept 1: Tag Team Bout & Jimmy Uso Segment Set
WWE has announced a tag team match and Jimmy Uso’s segment for September 1, 2023, episode of SmackDown.
The LWO (Santos Escobar and Rey Mysterio) are set to face Austin Theory and Grayson Waller on the September 1 episode of SmackDown.
During the SmackDown episode on August 25, Rey Mysterio defeated Waller in a one-on-one match However, during the match, Theory’s interference disrupted Mysterio’s momentum, prompting Escobar to come to Mysterio’s aid. This sequence led to a match being scheduled for the upcoming episode of SmackDown.

Rey Mysterio is also set to defend his United States Championship against Austin Theory at Payback 2023 PLE.
WWE also announced that the Jimmy Uso segment which was scheduled for August 25 episode of SmackDown will be shifted to next week’s episode of SmackDown. John Cena is also set for the September 1 episode of SmackDown.
September 1, 2023 SmackDown episode will be live from GIANT Center, Hershey, PA, US. Below is the announced lineup for the show:
