WWE SmackDown February 16: Rock & Roman, Elimination Chamber Qualifiers Set
WWE SmackDown February 16, 2024 episode will feature an announced appearance of The Rock and Roman Reigns along with 4 qualifiers for Elimination Chamber matches.
In the aftermath of Cody Rhodes choosing to face Roman Reigns, and The Rock slapping Cody thinking that Cody insulted his family, The Rock threatened Paul “Triple H” Levesque to fix the situation or they would take things into their own hands.
Levesque cleared on SmackDown February 9 episode that being the Chief Content Officer, all the decision in WWE comes through him and it does not matter who sits at the Head of the Table. Later, “The Wiseman” Paul Heyman came to Levesque to discuss but finding Levesque’s bad mood, he decided that he would talk to him next week.
Heyman also added that he would not be alone and would have The Tribal Chief Roman Reigns and the Rock with him.
Men’s Elimination Chamber was announced for this year’s show and the qualifiers started on SmackDown this week. Drew McIntyre defeated AJ Styles, and Randy Orton defeated Sami Zayn in the first two qualifiers. 2 more qualifiers are set for men’s chamber match with Kevin Owens facing Dominik Mysterio, and Logan Paul facing The Miz. This will be first match for Logan Paul on Smackdown.
2 women’s chamber qualifiers are also announced where Tiffany Stratton will face Shotzi while Noami will face Zelina Vega. Bianca Beliar defeated Michin this week.
February 16, 2024 episode of WWE SmackDown will air from Delta Center in Salt Lake City, UT. The announced line-up is as below:
- Kevin Owens vs Dominik Mysterio – Men’s Elimination Chamber Qualifier
- Logan Paul vs The Miz – Men’s Elimination Chamber Qualifier
- Tiffany Stratton vs Shotzi – Women’s Elimination Chamber Qualifier
- Noami vs Zelina Vega – Women’s Elimination Chamber Qualifier
- The Rock & Roman Reigns appear on SmackDown
