Sting & Darby vs Strickland & Fox Coffin Match Set for AEW All In 2023
Darby Allin and Sting will face Swerve Strickland and AR Fox in a Tag Team Coffin match at AEW All In 2023 PPV event.
During the August 9 episode of AEW Dynamite, Swerve Strickland came out with The Mogul Embassy and called out Darby Allin after explaining why he beat up Nick Wayne last week. Darby cut off him promo short as he came out to the stage.
Darby Allin confronted AR Fox, stating that Fox’s struggles were the reason he distanced himself. Allin concluded his remarks by noting that he, too, has friends. Subsequently, the arena’s lights cut off, and Sting was standing in the ring with the bat when it came back. Sting alone cleared the Mogul Embassy faction from the ring.

After the intense faceoff, Sting pointed his bat at The All-In sign. Later on, AEW confirmed that Allin and Sting will face Swerve Strickland and AR Fox in a Tag Team Coffin match at AEW All In PPV event.
Sting fought his last match on June 28 episode of AEW Dynamite, where he and Allin successfully defeated Chris Jericho and Sammy Guevara. In the course of the match, Sting sustained an injury after executing a high-flying move.
Sting has already competed in the United Kingdom in 2013 during an episode of IMPACT Wrestling where he and Bully Ray competed in a two-on-three handicap match against Devon, DOC, and Mr. Anderson.
This rivalry actually started with Darby eliminating Swerve from Royal Rampage Battle Royal to become #1 contender for AEW TNT Championship. He also defeated Swerve in a singles match later. AR Fox, who was Darby’s trainer and good friend, turned on him after he failed to beat Orange Cassidy on July 26 Dynamite episode and joined The Mogul Embassy.
AEW All In 2023 PPV event is scheduled for August 27, 2023, at Wembley Stadium in London, England. A Fatal 4-way match for AEW Women’s Championship has also been scheduled for the event.
