Starks & Bill vs Golden Jets Tag Title Bout Set for AEW World’s End

Ricky Starks and Big Bill will defend their AEW World Tag Team Championship against Kenny Omega and Chris Jericho at AEW Worlds End 2023 PPV event.

At AEW Full Gear 2023 PPV event, Kenny Omega and Chris Jericho earned the title opportunity by defeating The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson) in a tag team match.

During December 13 episode of AEW Dynamite, Kenny Omega and Chris Jericho were scheduled to address the audience. Jericho discussed the attack at Full Gear 2023 PPV event, where Bill and Starks targeted him, resulting in a dislocated arm. This injury consequently forced Jericho out of action for a period of three weeks.

In addition to discussing the attack on himself, Jericho highlighted an incident where Bill attacked Kenny Omega during a recent episode of AEW Collision, following Omega’s victory over Ethan Page. Subsequently, Starks and Bill made an appearance, leading to both teams mocking each other.

After the confrontation, the Golden Jets wasted no time and challenged Starks and Big Bill for a title match at Worlds End. Starks promptly accepted the challenge, and AEW later announced the match officially.

Ricky Starks and Big Bill’s most recent title defense took place at the AEW Full Gear 2023 PPV event, where they successfully defended their championship in a four-way ladder match.

AEW Worlds End 2023 PPV will serve as the final PPV event for AEW in 2023. The event is set for December 30, 2023 to take place at the Nassau Coliseum in Long Island, New York. AEW World Championship match is also set for the event where MJF will face Samoa Joe.
