WWE RAW Live Results- 28 October 2019: Crown Jewel Go-Home
AJ Styles vs Humberto Carrillo
Carrillo uses his agility to take control with an arm drag. Carrillo dodges Styles and pushes him into the turnbuckle. Styles corners him for a couple of chops but Humberto hits a few of his own. Styles charges again but Humberto hits an uppercut. He springboards and hits step-up enziguiri. Styles whips him to the ropes but Carrillo hits a dropkick. They both counter each other a few times at ringside before AJ hits a tornado DDT as we head to a commercial.
Styles has Carrillo under control with a stretch. Carrillo gets out of it and Styles gets taken down with a kick. Carrillo starts to build momentum and hits a missile dropkick. AJ hits a reverse DDT out of nowhere for a close two count. He hits a dropkick and another dropkick, Takes AJ in the corner and hits the Aztec press to get two count. He goes to the top again but Styles moves away from the moonsault.
AJ scoops him up and power slams him to get a two-count. He goes for the Phenomenal Forearm but Carrillo decks him. He hits a moonsault but goes a bit too far and only gets two. Carrillo flies and gets Styles hits a shoulder tackle while he was still mid-air. Carrillo lands awkwardly and Styles quickly locks in the Calf Crusher to get the submission win.
Winner- AJ Styles
Styles pokes Carrillo after the match and Carrilo starts laying him with some punches. The OC overpowers him and hits the Styles Clash. The Street Profits runs in to make the save.
Rusev and Lana at the Divorce Court
Lawler brings Rusev out first and he gets some cheers. Lana is out next and she gets some boos. Lana says she has to deal with the WWE Universe bullying her every single day over Twitter, Instagram, in-person….. She says their marriage was only ever about what Rusev wanted, which is sex. Rusev asks her if anyone can blame him. She says he was a sex addict who wanted to do it everywhere. Chants for Rusev
Lana says Rusev only wanted to put a baby in her and she did not want that. She wants to continue modeling and she can’t do it if she has stretch marks. Lawler asks if she expects us to believe that what happened with Lashley was because Rusev wanted a baby. Lana replies and went on to claim that Rusev cheated on him. Rusev is shocked at the claim. Lana tells him that Bobby Lashley told him so.
Lashley comes out and Rusev goes after him when he gets on the apron. He unloads on him at ringside. Bobby takes control when they get into the ring but Rusev blocks a Spear with a kick and hits a Samoan drop. Rusev Day chants are taking over the arena. He pulls off his wedding ring and shoves it down Lashley’s throat. Lana hits him with a kendo stick a few times but it does nothing to him. Lashley hits a low blow and Lana slaps him. Lashley hits a second low blow on Rusev and he is down. Lana and Lashley start making out beside Rusev. The show goes off the air.
