Kevin Owens vs Ezekiel Set for WWE Hell in a Cell 2022
It has been officially announced that Kevin Owens would face Ezekiel at WWE Hell in a Cell PPV event on June 5, 2022.
Kevin Owens entered a feud with Ezekiel at the post-WrestleMania 38 episode of WWE Raw. Ezekiel claimed to be the younger brother of Elias but Kevin Owens accused him of lying and said he is none other than Elias.
Owens even put Ezekiel into a lie detector test which was passed by the latter. However, Kevin Owens is still not ready to believe that he is Ezekiel and not Elias.
On the latest episode of Raw, Owens interrupted Elias’ match against Chad Gable. However, the referee ejected Owens and Ezekiel managed to pick up the win.
After the match, Kevin Owens challenged Ezekiel for a match at WWE Hell in a Cell, and Ezekiel accepted his challenge.
At Hell in a Cell, Ezekiel will make his premium live event debut whereas it will be Kevin Owens’ first premium live event match following a loss against Stone Cold Steve Austin in the main event of WWE WrestleMania 38 Night 1.
