In a massive change from the trend of last year or so, WWE RAW episode of 28 June 2021 has so many things advertised in prior. 3 matches and a segment is announced as the show continues to build storylines for Money in the Bank PPV. Let’s discuss all this in detail here in this preview.

Kofi Kingston Confronts MVP
On last week’s RAW episode, Kofi Kingston challenged Bobby Lashley for the WWE Championship match at Money in the Bank PPV. Lashley agreed to it, but he wanted no one to interfere in their bout. Therefore, Lashley put out a challenge to Xavier Woods to face him that night. Woods accepted to challenge but wanted it to be a Hell in a Cell match.
Lashley pummeled Woods in the main event match. The attack continued post-match also as MVP locked the cell from inside, and Lashley hurt Woods more and more.
Tonight, Kofi will confront MVP over these actions from him, and Lashley as the storyline continues to build towards Money in the Bank PPV.
Drew McIntyre vs AJ Styles vs Randy Orton – Money in the Bank Qualifier
The qualifiers for Money in the Bank ladder matches gave us some shocking results. Ricochet defeated AJ Styles, John Morrison was able to best Randy Orton while Riddle added to Drew McIntyre’s misery by giving him another defeat.
Tonight, McIntyre, Styles and Orton will compete in a triple threat match in the Last Chance qualifying match. Who will be able to insert himself in the Ladder match? Will some outside interference affect the result?
Jinder Mahal mulled whether someone else would get a chance if any of the Money in the Bank participant gets injured. Was that a hint towards the things to come?
Rhea Ripley, Dana Brooke & Mandy Rose vs Charlotte Flair, Tamina & Natalya
Rhea Ripley would once again defend the RAW Women’s Championship against Charlotte Flair at Money in the Bank PPV. WWE is looking to continue that storyline with a six women tag team match on RAW tonight.
The other four participants will be from the Women’s Tag Team titles storyline. Dana Brooke and Mandy Rose have been feuding with Tamina and Natalya for the last two weeks.
Jaxson Ryker vs Elias – Strap Match
Elias turned on Jaxson Ryker during the RAW Tag Team Championship match last month. Since then, Elias was booked against Ryker twice in a singles match. Both times, Elias thought it would be good for him to abandon the match and lose it via count-out.
Ryker, who just wants to bash Elias, has found a solution to this count-out problem. Tonight on RAW, Elias will have to face Ryker in a Strap Match. Will Elias found some way to avoid the beating? Or will he get some outside help? Let’s find out tonight on RAW. What More to Expect?
