WWE 2K24’s recent update indicates its release progress and seems to confirm availability on last-gen consoles like PS4 and Xbox One.

Andrew Marmo, formerly of Wired Productions, disclosed on Twitter that the upcoming installment of WWE’s 2K series has received a rating in Brazil, as per the Brazilian Government website.

Despite the game traditionally being released annually by 2K, there hasn’t been any official announcement made about the game. At this point, no reports or rumors are available regarding its release window, roster or cover star.

Many fans are eager for 2K to make this move, believing it’s necessary for a significant leap in gameplay and graphics. WWE 2K23 had initial glitches that were later addressed, prompting this desire for a change. WWE 2K23 featured John Cena on its cover.

The game’s rating on the Brazilian Government Website suggests it will once again be released on both current-gen and last-gen systems. The anticipated release systems for the game, as per the listing, are PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC, mirroring the lineup seen in WWE 2K23 and 2K22.
