Roxanne Perez will face Kiana James in a steel cage match at NXT Deadline 2023 event.
Roxanne Perez and James have had an ongoing rivalry for several weeks, but tensions escalated during the December 5 episode of NXT. In the Iron Survivor Challenge, they engaged in a brutal confrontation, fiercely battling and even smashing each other onto the announce table.

Following the match, Perez and James continued their altercation in the training room, intensifying their fight. Witnessing this, Ava Raine decided to approach Shawn Michaels to make their upcoming match official.
After visiting Michaels’ room, Ava Raine emerged and made a significant announcement. She declared that James and Perez would resolve their rivalry in a steel cage match scheduled for the NXT Deadline 2023 event.
Roxanne Perez and Kiana James had a previous showdown at the Halloween Havoc 2023 event in a Devil’s Playground match, where Perez came out as the winner.
NXT Deadline 2023 will take place on December 9 at Total Mortgage Arena in Bridgeport, CT. NXT North American Championship match is also set for the event, where Dragon Lee will face Dominik Mysterio.
