Willow Nightingale vs Athena 2023 Women’s Owen Hart Foundation tournament Semifinal match is postponed to AEW Rampage July 14, 2023 episode now.

Nightingale was supposed to fight Athena in the semifinal on AEW Collision July 8 episode. But, Toni Khan revealed on Twitter on Saturday that due to Nightingale’s injury, her match will now take place on July 14 episode of AEW Rampage.

Willow Nightingale got injured when she recently fought at NJPW Strong Independence Day event on July 4 and 5. During the night one event of Independence Day, Nightingale and Momo Khogo defeated Mafia Bella(Giulia and Thekla) in a tag team match.

Nightingale got injured on the night two event of Independence Day on July, where she also lost her NJPW Strong Women’s Championship against Giulia.

During July 8 episode of AEW Collision, Nightingale was also seen addressing her injury backstage. Athena interrupted her and mocked her. Nightingale mentioned that after the semi-final match, she has also set her sights on the ROH Women’s World Championship.

Athena and Nightingale’s match is now set for the July 14 episode of AEW Rampage. The second semifinal of Women’s Owen Hart Cup is set between Ruby Soho and Skye Blue on Dynamite July 12 episode. The final is set for July 15, 2023 episode of AEW Collision. CM Punk faces Ricky Starks in the final of men’s tournament.
