Toni Storm defeated Hikaru Shida for AEW Women’s Championship match at AEW Full Gear 2023 PPV event.

At the beginning of the match, Storm displayed dominance. She secured her victory by concealing a small frying pan in her tights and using it during the match. Storm executed a hip attack in the corner with a concealed frying pan in her trunks, causing a significant impact on Shida’s face.

Following the match, Mariah May, who recently joined AEW and identifies herself as a fan of Storm, presented Storm with a bouquet of flowers.

Toni Storm’s win gives her third AEW Women’s Title reign. Shida, who held the title for 40 days, managed to achieve three successful title defenses after winning the championship from Saraya on October 10 episode of AEW Dynamite.

Storm has become the second wrestler to win AEW Women’s Championship for the third time. Shida also has three reigns for the same title.

The feud between Storm and Shida began when Shida claimed her second AEW Women’s Championship during AEW Dynamite’s 200th episode, defeating Storm for the title.
