NXT Live Results 18 Sept 2019: USA Premiere
Welcome to the NXT 18 September 2019 episode’s Live Results and Updates Blog as WWE’s developmental brand makes its big move from WWE Network to USA Network. Continuing to air from Full Sail Live, the show is promising a blockbuster lineup that as below (for complete preview, the link is below).

Mauro Ranallo, Nigel McGuinness and Beth Pheonix welcome us to Full Sail as we start off with a Fatal Four Way for the #1 contender for the NXT Women’s Championship. Io Shirai, Bianca Beliar, Mia Yim and Candice LeRae enter in order.
Io Shirai, Bianca Belair, Mia Yim and Candice LeRae – No 1 Contender’s Match for Women’s Championship
Candice goes after Io and Mia & Beliar goes against each other. Candice and Belair survive that. Belair works LeRae over and hits a moonsault but Yim breaks the pin attempt up. Belair counters Yim and hits a suplex for a 2 count and Shirai breaks it up. Shirai with a big kick to Belair. She gets whipped and hits 619 off the momentum.
Shirai springboards in for a missile dropkick to Belair for a 2 count. The action goes to the outside and Belair with a fall-away slam to LeRae. Yim runs the ropes and hits a suicide dive on Yim and LeRae. Shirai takes down everyone with a big moonsault as we go to commercial.
After the break, they hit a big Tower of Doom. Shirai catches LeRae in an Octopus submission, broken by Yim. Belair slams Yim into the mat. Shirai with a backbreaker to Belair who replies with a German suplex to Shirai. Belair sends LeRae into the top turnbuckle face-first. Yim unloads on Belair and hits a Code Blue but Shirai breaks up the pin. Belair ends up taking Yim and Shirai down with a double Spear.
Belair drives LeRae down for a close 2 count as Yim breaks it up. Yim drops Belair and sends her out. Shirai dropkicks Yim to the floor. Shirai charges with double knees to LeRae in the corner. Shirai goes to the top for the moonsault but Yim pushes her off, onto Belair on the floor. Yim goes to the top but LeRae cuts her off and climbs up. Yim slides down and goes for a powerbomb but LeRae fights it. LeRae with a Poisonrana. LeRae springboards into a moonsault to Yim for the pin to win.
Winner- Candice LeRae(becomes #1 Contender)
After the match, LeRae celebrates as her music hits. NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler comes out with Marina Shafir and Jessamyn Duke. They circle around LeRae as Baszler stares her down and holds the title up in her face.
Cameroon Grimes vs Sean Maluta
Both men make quick entrances and the match also ends up very quickly. Grimes hits a knee strike and gets the pin just like that.
