Noam Dar to Defend NXT Heritage Cup at No Mercy 2023 vs Tournament Winner

Noam Dar is set to defend his NXT Heritage Cup Championship at the NXT No Mercy PPV event against the winner of an eight-man tournament.

During the NXT Heatwave 2023 event, Nathan Frazer was set to defend his NXT Heritage Cup Championship against Noam Dar. Unfortunately, Frazer was defeated and lost his NXT Heritage Cup.

Noam Dar secured the victory in round 6 with a score of 2-1. Noam Dar successfully executed the Nova Roller move to secure the second pinfall that earned him back his Heritage Cup.

Later in the event, when Dar was celebrating his victory, a crew member handed him a letter from NXT Heritage Cup Committee. The letter revealed that on the August 29 episode of NXT, there will be a start for the NXT Global Heritage Invitational tournament.

The tournament will feature eight participants, and the winner of the tournament will earn the opportunity to face Noam Dar for the NXT Heritage Cup at the NXT No Mercy 2023 PPV event. The participants for the tournament will be revealed on next week’s NXT episode.

NXT No Mercy is scheduled for September 30, 2023, and it will be live from Mechanics Bank Arena in Bakersfield, CA.
