IMPACT Digital Media Title Match Announced for Slammiversary 2023
Joe Hendry will face Kenny King for IMPACT Digital Media Championship on the pre-show of Slammiversary 2023 event.
During the June 29 episode of IMPACT, King defeated Yuya Uemura in a one-on-one fight. After the match, Hendry made fun of King with a new music video titled “Stripper Kenny”. IMPACT Wrestling made the match official between Joe Hendry and Kenny King via Twitter.

King was a member of the faction Honor No More he competed with his faction last year in X- Division match. Later, the faction split in October King is now competing as a singles wrestler. King has also allied with Sheldon Jean. Jean will also be seen at ringside during his match at Slammiversary event.
Hendry won the IMPACT Digital Media Championship by defeating Brian Myers last October. He has since defended the title successfully against the likes of Moose,
IMPACT Slammiversary 2023 PPV is scheduled for July 15 from Windsor, Canada. Knockouts World Tag Team Championship match is also scheduled for the event between The Coven (KiLynn King and Taylor Wilde) and Masha Slamovich and Killer Kelly.
