AEW Full Gear 2023: Sting & Darby Allin To Fight Christian’s Team
A six-man tag team match is set for AEW Full Gear 2023 PPV event.
At AEW Full Gear 2023 PPV event, Sting and Darby Allin with a yet-to-be-determined partner will team up to face Christian Cage, Nick Wayne, and Luchasaurus in a six-man tag team match.
During October 25 episode of AEW Dynamite, Tony Khan’s special gift to Sting was revealed. It turned out to be none other than Ric Flair, who said that he wanted to be part of Sting’s journey until Sting retires at 2024 AEW Revolution PPV.

Christian Cage made his entrance, and he proceeded to insult Ric Flair and Darby Allin. Chrisitian said he did not want Sting to be around until Revolution and would break him before that. He then issued a challenge to Sting and Allin to face him, Luchasaurus, and Wayne at AEW Full Gear 2023 event.
Later in the show, Adam Copeland continued his stance that he would not fight his long time friend Christian. Sting and Darby tried to convince him to do otherwise. It remains to be seen if Copeland’s stance changes until Full Gear or if Sting and Darby get a different tag team partner.
AEW Full Gear PPV event is scheduled for November 18, 2023, and it will be live from Kia Forum in Los Angeles, California. ROH Tag Team title bout is also set for the event where MJF will face The Gunns.
