Kamaru Usman Becomes No. 1 in UFC’s Latest Pound-for-Pound Rankings

Kamaru Usman grabbed the top spot in the latest UFC’s Pound-for-Pound rankings. The official arrest of Jon Jones cost him the top spot.

The former lightweight champion of UFC, Jon Jones was arrested this past Friday morning right after the UFC Hall of Fame fight wing for domestic violence in Las Vegas. 

Kamaru Usman is undefeated in the UFC and has an amazing record of 14-0. He is all set to return to the octagon in the main event of UFC 268 against Colby Covington

Now, in the latest UFC’s Pound-for-Pound rankings Kamaru Usman grabbed the top spot whereas Jon Jones dropped to the second position. 

Dana White already stated on several occasions that according to him, Kamaru Usman is the best pound-for-pound fighter in the world. Usman won the 170-pound title from Tyron Woodley back in 2019 and is still holding the belt.

He already defended the belt against fighters like Covington, Masvidal, and Burns. Now, the fans are very excited to see the top pound-for-pound ranking fighter in action at UFC 268 that will take place on November 6.
