Report: Edson Barboza vs Lerone Murphy to Headline UFC Vegas 92

A featherweight bout between Edson Barboza and Lerone Murphy is expected to headline UFC Vegas 92 event.

The news was reported by MMA Journalist Laerte Viana on social media who also added that Barboza’s training camp has already started for the fight. The event started is expected to take place on May 18, 2024, at UFC Apex Arena in Las Vegas, NV. Another featherweight bout between Adrian Yanez and Vinicius Salvador is also reported to take place at the event.

Lerone Murphy is ranked at #14 in featherweight rankings with an unbeaten run of 6 fights in UFC. After being inactive in 2022, he fought at both UFC event in London. At UFC 286, he beat debutant Gabriel Santos. At UFC London Fight Night in July, he defeated Joshua Culibao.
