Jose Johnson vs Chad Anheliger fight is reportedly set for the UFC Vegas 82 event.
It has been confirmed that Johnson will go one-on-one against Anheliger in a bantamweight division clash at the UFC Vegas 81 event on October 14, 2023.
The news was disclosed through the social media accounts of Iridium Sports Agency – the agency responsible for managing Jose Johnson.

Jose Johnson has had just one UFC match to date which came at UFC Vegas 78 event, where he emerged victorious against Da’Mon Blackshear. Johnson earned his spot in the UFC through Dana White Contender Series 2022, where he defeated Jack Cartwright.
Chad Anheliger has participated in two UFC matches, achieving one victory and one loss. His defeat occurred at UFC 279 event, where he was defeated by Alatengheili via unanimous decision, ending his impressive 10-fight winning streak. Prior to that loss, Anheliger secured a victory against Jesse Strader in his UFC debut.
UFC Vegas 82 event is scheduled for November 18, and it is expected to take place at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. A welterweight bout is also set for the event where Uros Medic will face Jonny Parsons.
