Jesse Rodriguez vs Sunny Edwards WBO Title Unification Bout Set

Jesse Rodriguez and Sunny Edwards are set to unify the IBF & WBO Flyweight Titles.
According to the latest reports, Jesse Rodriguez and Sunny Edwards have signed the contract for the WBO & IBF Flyweight Title unification bout.
Michael Benson shared the same news via a tweet. It was speculated both would soon face each other and soon the date and venue would be revealed as well. Eddie Hearn who promotes both these boxers himself revealed that both Jesse & Sunny have agreed to this fight.

Jesse Rodriguez is still undefeated and won all 18 of his bouts. He won the vacant WBO Flyweight Title in his most recent match against Cristian Gonzalez in April 2023.
On the other hand, Sunny Edwards is also undefeated and won all his 20 bouts. He is coming off a unanimous decision win against Andres Campos in June 2023.
Now, it remains to be seen who will walk out as a unified Flyweight Champion when Jesse Rodriguez and Sunny Edwards collide inside the squared circle.
