Report: Endeavor Buying Top Rank, Dana White Refutes

Endeavor & Top Rank Boxing

Dana White has quickly refuted reports that UFC & WWE parent company Endeavor is now looking to buy Top Rank Boxing promotion.

Boxing Insider Rick Glaser posted on X(Twitter) that “Boxing Powerhouse Top Rank is in the final due diligence stage of being sold to Entertainment conglomerate Endeavor headed by Ari Emanuel”. He also claimed that this would mean that Top Rank head Bob Arum is now retiring and Dana White will enter the boxing business with this deal.

Glaser also claimed that Tom Leoffer, a close friend to Dana White, will have a big role in Top Rank after Endeavor takeover. Leoffer has founded K2 promotions with World Heavyweight Champions Klitschko Brothers and GGG Promotions with unified World Middleweight Champion Gennadiy Golovkin.

Within an hour, UFC President Dana White claimed via his Instagram Story that news is not true at all. Glaser, however, has stood firm on his report.

Found in 1966 by Jabir Herbert Muhammad, Bob Arum and Muhammed Ali, Top Rank Boxing has been one of the leading boxing promotions for 57 years now. The promotion’s page lists Heavyweight Champion Tyson Fury, multi division champions Teofimo Lopez, Shakur Stevenson and many other prominent current fighters under their umbrella.

Endeavor is a talent and media agencies, but the company is a majority owner of UFC since 2016. The company also acquired majority ownership in WWE earlier this year and merged it with UFC to form a new entity, TKO.
