The new date for the heavyweight bout between Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk has been revealed now.

Fury(WBC Heavyweight Champion) and Uysk(WBO, WBA & IBF Heavyweight Champion) were set to clash for the crown of undisputed heavyweight champion on February 18. However, Fury suffered a cut in sparring earlier this week, and the bout was canceled just two weeks ago.

His Excellency Turki Alalshikh says the rescheduled new date for the clash is May 18, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Additionally, Alalshikh is now guaranteeing both fighters a $10 million penalty if one of them pulls out of the fight.

He also guaranteed a big fight to take place on that date even if either of them pulled out. β€œIf Usyk is scared, I will call for Joshua-Tyson. If Tyson is scared, I will call for any fighter that Usyk wants, and it is my name this thing and we have a guarantee from both sides”, Alalshikh said.
