Zayn & Owens Spotted in India With Tamil Cinema Star Karthi
WWE India has released photos featuring Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens collaborating with Tamil cinema star Karthi.
In the images posted by WWE India, Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens are pictured on the set wearing their wrestling attire. The shooting location seems to be Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad, India, where WWE Superstar Spectable event is set to take place.

The collaboration of Indian movie stars and WWE stars is nothing new. Karthi also conducted an interview with Drew McIntyre as part of the promotion for “deeper engagement with the youth.” However, this seems to be a shooting for some Bollywood-style advertisement with Owens and Sami.
Drew McIntyre shot a similar segment on his visit to India last year alongside Bollywood Star John Abraham. Back in 2017, when WWE visited India, Varun Dhawan was also spotted conducting an interview with Charlotte Flair.
Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn recently lost their WWE Undisputed Tag Team titles at Payback 2023 PLE against Damian Priest and Finn Balor. Owens and Zayn are also set for the WWE Superstar Spectacle event, where they will face Indus Sher (Sanga & Veer with Jinder Mahal).
WWE Superstar Spectacle event is scheduled for September 8, 2023, and it will be live from Gachibowli Indoor Stadium in Hyderabad, India.
Rhea Ripley is also set for the event, where she will defend her Women’s World Championship against Natalya. John Cena will also be seen in action, where he and Seth Rollins will face Imperium (Giovanni Vinci and Ludwig Kaiser).
