Goldberg To Hype Super ShowDown Matches

Goldberg Smackdown
Goldberg appearing on Smackdown

Goldberg has declared that ‘The Fiend is next!’ At Super ShowDown, The Fiend Bray Wyatt will have to defend his WWE Universal Championship against Goldberg. The setup until now has only been a split-screen promo between the two. Hence it would be interesting to see how it will play out in the ring.

The Fiend is projected in an intimidating and dominating manner until now, but Goldberg has kept his own aura forever in his career. How will this face-off is going to affect both of their characters? Or will there be a face-off at all?

Naomi vs Carmella – #1 Contender Match For SmackDown Women’s Championship

With Sasha off the TV due to injury, Bayley has been put in a storyline with Carmella and her possible WrestleMania opponent Naomi. Carmella became the #1 contender to face Bayley for the title two weeks back but lost the title match last week. The win obviously came with some underhand tactics from Bayley and due to that reason Mella wants her rematch.

That match was followed by an unprovoked attack by Bayley and in turn, Naomi and Mella taking her down. The two challengers will now face-off in another #1 contender match, with the winner going to Super ShowDown to face Bayley.

Bella Twins Coming to “A Moment of Bliss”

Bella Twins are expected to be inducted for 2020 WWE Hall of Fame. Now, they are announced for A Moment of Bliss segment on SmackDown this week where the announcement could come through. It is still up for debate whether Bella Twins should get the induction this early or not. But the segment could be good in all measures.

The New Day & The Usos vs John Morrison, The Miz, Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode

6 or 8 Men tag team without context are WWE’s favorites and we will get another one of those again at SmackDown. Last week, Morrison took a shot at The Usos and that has become enough to include them in the match. As for Ziggler and Roode, they are like a wrench- can be used to job anytime and anywhere. Another slugfest on the cards.

Lacey Evans with Renee Young

Lacey Evans turned face late last year and marched into Royal Rumble to face Bayley. However, she has been absent after the loss at the event. She is now announced for an interview with Renee Young which might start a new storyline for her heading into WrestleMania.
