The New Day’s Big E is being oiled up backstage when Kofi Kingston walks in. Big E jokes about staying oiled up for an advantage in the Royal Rumble Match. Kofi talks about how they’re going into the Rumble with the Power of Positivity, and this year they’re doing it for Xavier Woods.
We get the replay from Roman Reigns-King Corbin brawl from earlier. Kayla Braxton is backstage with Corbin now. Corbin says he will beat Roman so bad that he won’t make it to the Rumble Match.
Kofi Kingston vs John Morrison
They lock up and Morrison forces Kofi to the corner. They dodge each others’ moves before Kingston shoves him to kick off an exchange of kicks and counters. Kingston sends Morrison head over heels with a monkey flip. Johnny sends him out of the ring but misses a dive over the top rope. Kofi takes advantage but Miz distracts him so Morrison can shove him into the ring post.
We return to see Morrison in control but he misses Starship Pain and Kofi takes him down with a springboard chop. JoMo gets taken down with a springboard hurricanrana for a two count. Morrison counters Trouble in Paradise with his own spin kick for a close two count. Kofi hits the SOS for a two count. Morrison tries to use the ropes for leverage during a pin but Big E pushes him off. Big E chases Miz around the ring and Kingston catches him with Trouble in Paradise. Morrison uses the distraction to take Kingston down for Starship Pain to score the win.

Michael Cole is in the ring for the contract signing between Bryan and Wyatt. There is a contract and a leather strap on the table. Daniel Bryan comes out to a “Yes!” chant from the crowd. Cole introduces Bray Wyatt and he is not appearing in person. The Firefly Fun House music hits and Bray appears on the big screen.
Wyatt is trying to send the contract to Bryanvia Fax Machine, but it isn’t working. Wyatt says this fax issue may be a blessing for Bryan because why would Bryan ever strap himself to the Fiend willingly. Wyatt mock calls Health insurance for Bryan. Bryan interrupts and berates him for his mind games and asks him to turn up for contract signing. Wyatt says his attorney, Mercy The Buzzard, has advised him to stay right where he is.
Bryan berates Wyatt some more and says he will be tied to The Fiend on Sunday and he will make him pay for his mistakes. Wyatt interrupts and says mistake is the word of the day. Wyatt says this is Bryan’s big mistake since he will not be facing him on Sunday. So, “he” will sign the contract. The lights start going out in the arena. The red light comes back up and we see The Fiend standing in the ring, the strap in one hand. Bryan is holding the other end.
Bryan charges but The Fiend immediately puts him in the Mandible Claw. The Fiend drops Bryan with Sister Abigail. The Fiend whips Bryan with the strap for a while. The Fiend goes to the table. He grabs the pen and stabs himself in the hand with it. He digs the ink pen into his palm and signs the contract with his own blood. The Fiend poses over Bryan now until the lights go back out.
The lights come on and The Fiend is gone. The contract is now laying on the mat in front of Bryan, with blood stains on it. Bryan is sitting in the ring as “Yes!” chant breaks out in the crowd with the show going off the air.
