WWE NXT Preview & Match Card January 30, 2024
WWE NXT will present an action-packed episode on January 30, 2024, which will be the go-home show for Vengeance Day 2024 PLE. NXT Champion Ilja Dragunov and Trick Williams will come face-to-face before their clash at Vengeance Day.
Trick Williams will also be in Dusty Rhodes Classic final match. Roxanne Perez takes on Tatum Paxley while Lola Vice and Elektra Lopez will get to fighting after their break-up. Trick Williams’ Busy Day
Trick Williams is set to get his NXT title shot against Ilja Dragunov at Vengeance Day. The competitors will come face-to-face on NXT this week one last time before their clash. Carmelo Hayes had maintained that Dragunov is playing mind games with Trick and warned to be wary. Trick and Carmelo have another task in front of them as they are set to face LWO in the semifinal of Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic tournament. This match will decide if Trick will have to pull double duty at Vengeance Day or not.
Women’s Rivalries
Tatum Paxley’s obsession with Lyra Valkyrie proved costly for Roxanne Perez last week when Paxley put her through a table. Perez will get a chance at revenge as she takes on Paxley in a singles match. Will Paxley be able to upset Perez before the title match, or will she be focused more on damaging Perez before her showdown with Lyra?
The animosity between Elektra Lopez and Lola Vice reached the brink two weeks back when Vice eliminated Lopez from battle royal. Lopez replied to it with a brawl last week and they are now set for a grudge match this week.
Heritage Cup Match
Naom Dar has faced various challengers to protect his Heritage Cup, but he has a behemoth in front of him in Von Wagner for another title defense. Will this prove to be fatal for Dar? Or will Meta-Four work their magic again to help out Dar?
