Women’s War Games match is set for WWE Survivor Series 2023 PLE.
WWE announced that Damage CTRL (Asuka, Bayley, Kairi Sane, IYO SKY, and Kairi Sane) will face Belair, Flair, Shotzi, and Becky Lynch at Survivor Series 2023 PLE in a Women’s War Game match.
During November 17 episode of SmackDown, the show kicked off with a segment highlighting Damage CTRL. Bayley took the spotlight in the ring, proudly discussing her strategy to recruit Asuka, and promptly extended a warm welcome to Asuka by offering her a group t-shirt.

Shortly after the incident, Dakota Kai disclosed that IYO SKY desired to challenge Bianca Belair and her allies to a WarGames match. Chaos ensued when Shotzi emerged alongside Belair and Charlotte Flair to attack Damage CTRL. The faction stood tall though due to their number’s game.
Later, SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis gave Bianca and her team an ultimatum until the end of the show to find a fourth member for their team for War Games match. Flair said she could call a friend of her to come in. Bianca tried to talk to Michin’ Mia Yim and Zelina Vega to join her team, but they were both attacked by Damage CTRL a while later. After this, Belair specifically mentioned that Flair should call someone.
Later, in the ending moment, Flair accepted the War Game challenge. As Damage CTRL entered the ring, seemingly ready to attack, Becky Lynch made a surprise entrance. This confirmed Lynch as the final member of Belair’s team. Following Lynch’s arrival, Belair’s team managed to clear the members of Damage CTRL and fiercely beat them down.
During October 10 episode of SmackDown, Asuka aligned herself with Damage CTRL during the main event, where Belair, Flair, and Asuka were supposed to face off against Damage CTRL. However, during the match, Asuka switched sides and attacked her own teammates, causing the match to conclude with no clear winner, ending in a no-contest.
Kairi Sane made a comeback at Crown Jewel 2023 PLE during the match between Iyo Sky and Bianca Belair for the WWE Women’s Championship. Sane’s interference also played a crucial role in assisting Sky to retain the title.
