WWE RAW May 20: Sami vs Gable, King & Queen Semifinals Set
Sami Zayn and Chad Gable are set for a singles match on WWE RAW May 20, 2024 episode along with the semifinals for King of the Ring and Queen of the Ring tournaments.
Jey Uso and Gunther will clash in the RAW semifinal of King of the Ring 2024 tournament. Gunther defeated Kofi Kingston this week on RAW to secure his place in the semifinal while Jey saw off a challenge from Ilja Dragunov.
Lyra Valkyrie will take on Iyo Sky in the Queen of the Ring semifinal on the RAW side next week. Iyo defeated Shayna Baszler in RAW opener this week. Lyra was able to beat Zoey Stark in her quarterfinal clash later in the show.
While Sami Zayn is set for a triple threat title defense at the upcoming PLE, he will first face Chad Gable in a singles match. Sami defeated Gable’s protege Otis this week on RAW. After the match, Sami dodged an attack from Gable and later returned to the ring to attack Gable.
WWE RAW episode on May 20 will be the go-home RAW edition for King & Queen of the Ring PLE. The announced line-up is as below:
- Gunther vs Jey Uso – Semifinal of King of the Ring 2024 tournament
- Iyo Sky vs Lyra Valkyrie – Semifinal of Queen of the Ring 2024 tournament
