Becky vs Liv, IC Title Triple Threat Added to WWE King & Queen of the Ring
WWE has added two title matches to WWE King and Queen of the Ring 2024 event.
Becky Lynch will defend Women’s World Championship against Liv Morgan at the event. The match was set up after a confrontation between the two women during RAW this week.
Becky was interviewed in the ring, where she talked about the women’s division. Liv came out and accused Becky of overlooking her and re-counted her achievements as the Women’s Money in the Bank winner, former World Champion and tag team champion. Becky then said Liv could face her at King & Queen of the Ring event in three weeks.
WWE Intercontinental Championship will also be on the line at the show with Sami Zayn defending the title against Chad Gable and Bronson Reed.
Reed and Gable were in a singles match this week on RAW which was interrupted by an attack from Sami. Last week, Gable also interrupted Sami vs Reed title match. Both times, Reed stood tall by taking down the other two men. Sami announced in this week’s episode that he would defend the title against both men to put an end to this.
WWE King and Queen of the Ring 2024 event is set to take place in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and will feature the final matches of King of the Ring and Queen of the Ring tournaments.
