Eddie Kingston retained the NJPW STRONG Openweight Championship against Wheeler Yuta in a singles match on the August 30 episode of Dynamite. After that, the promotion officially announced this tag team match for All Out in Chicago.
Claudio Castagnoli successfully retained the ROH World Championship at the ROH Supercard of Honor 2023. Kingston has been fixated on getting a rematch ever since then. Kingston team was also able to defeat Claudio and teammates in the Stadium Stampede at AEW All In 2023.
AEW All Out will be Shibata’s first AEW-exclusive PPV event. He has competed in Forbidden Door, Dynamite, Rampage, and ROH shows before.
Will Blackpool Combat Club be able to take revenge for the Stadium Stampede or will Kingston and Shibata leave the arena with the victory on September 3 at AEW All Out.
