Cody Rhodes has revealed over Twitter that Portuguese Wrestler Shanna has signed with All Elite Wrestling.
Shanna made her debut against Hikaru Shida last week on AEW Dynamite. But it was not successful debut with Shanna laying down for Hikaru Shida who is currently more established in AEW. However, she did show signs of her excellent abilities, being the 13 years professional that she is.
Later, Portuguese media outlets quoted Shanna that she has signed with AEW for three years. Reacting on AEW’s tweet, Cody Rhodes praised Shanna and confirmed that she has become full time with AEW.
Starting her career in wrestling in 2006, Shanna is a 13 year professional in wrestling business. She has spent most of her career working in Europe and Asia. A regular in the UK Independent scene, Shanna has also previously worked with TNA on a European tour in 2014. Her career highlights include winning EVE’s 2013 Queen of the Ring, SWE Queen of Southside in 2018, and Kamikaze Pro Fighting Females Championship earlier this year.
