Rusev went on to attack Bobby Lashley at WWE RAW this week even after being served with another restraining order from Lana.
The Rusev-Lana-Bobby Lashley love triangle storyline has been going on for the last two months now and each segment ended with embarrassment for Rusev. Once again, the night did not start well for Rusev as he was served with yet another restraining order.
The order mandated that Rusev should keep 90 feet distance from Lana and Bobby Lashley. Consequently, he was removed from the arena by security after that. But, if Lana and Lashley thought that he is taken care-off, they were mistaken.
Bobby Lashley faced Apollo Crews in a singles match at RAW this week. Expectedly, Rusev ran through the crowd to attack Lashley merely seconds into the match. The Bulgarian Brute continued to assault Lashley and the pair reached the entrance ramp. Rusev was looking to put Lashley through the commentary table but was stopped when the local Police finally arrived and handcuffed him.
But that didn’t stop Rusev from nailing Lashley with a running shoulder block which sent Lashley crashing through a production crate. He then kicked a stand onto Lashley near the entrance. Lashley had to be hauled out of the arena on a stretcher, while Rusev was taken away by the Police.
Later, Lana cut a promo saying that Rusev’s actions are proof that he is a danger to himself, Lana and all of society. She requested that WWE should fire Rusev and send him back to Bulgaria.
Rusev and Bobby Lashley are expected to face-off at WWE TLC 2019(Tables, Ladders & Chairs) PVV which takes place on 15 December 2019 at Target Center, Minneapolis.
