Rhea Ripley vs Natalya Title Rematch Set For WWE Raw July 3

Rhea Ripley will defend her WWE Women’s World Championship title against Natalya on July 3, 2023 episode of WWE RAW.

The match was made official during the telecast of Money in the Bank 2023 PPV event. This will be a rematch from Night of Champions 2023 event.

At Night of Champions, Natalya got an opportunity for the Women’s World Championship against Rhea Ripley. Ripley managed to retain the title successfully and was able to finish the match in less than two minutes. This outcome was very embarrassing for Natalya.

The rivalry did not stop at Night of Champions, as Natalya was looking for a rematch. During the June 19 episode of RAW, Natalya was set to face Ripley in a singles non-title match, but the match could not start as Ripley attacked Natalya before the match itself.

During the 26 June episode of RAW, Natalya was backstage, where she addressed Rhea’s attack and also mentioned she wants to face Ripley on next week’s RAW episode.

Rhea Ripley won the SmackDown Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 39. As Rhea was drafted to the RAW brand during WWE Draft 2023, the title was renamed to Women’s World Championship and a new belt was also introduced. This will be her first televised title since the title was renamed.

The July 3 episode of RAW will be live from the CFG Bank Arena, Baltimore, MD, US. Only one match is officially being announced for the show so far.
