WWE Money in the Bank 2021 Reportedly Set for June

WWE Money in the Bank 2021 PPV is reportedly set for 20 June as per a latest report.

In 2019 and 2020, Money in the Bank PPV was the first WWE PPV after WrestleMania. The same was expected for this year as well. An earlier report suggested that the date for Money in the Bank 2021 would be 16 May.

However, WWE announced WrestleMania Backlash 2021 PPV for 16 May. Backlash was reported for 20 June at the time.

In an update, the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that Money In the Bank will take place on 20 June now, which was the earlier reported date for the Backlash event. Both Backlash and MITB are scheduled to take place at Yuengling Center in Tampa, FL.

The 2020 Money in the Bank PPV took place at WWE Performance Center in Orlando, FL while the main event MITB ladder match took place at WWE Corporate Headquarters in Stamford, CT. Otis and Asuka won the men’s & Women’s MITB briefcases.
