Sabre Jr. Challenges Ospreay for NJPW Royal Quest III, Jericho Attacks
Chris Jericho made an appearance at the RevPro Anniversary XI show, while Zack Sabre Jr. issued a challenge to Will Ospreay during the same show.
During the August 26 RevPro Anniversary XI show, Ospreay was set to face Shingo Tagaki in the main event. Ospreay successfully defeated Tagaki in the match. After the match, and Zack Sabre Jr. made his appearance.
Zack Sabre Jr. challenged Will Ospreay for the IWGP UK championship at NJPW Royal Quest III event. Zack Sabre Jr. recently fought at IMPACT Multiverse United 2 event, where he and Shane Haste got defeated by Eddie Edwards and Moose.

Following Zack Sabre Jr.’s challenge for a match at NJPW Royal Quest III and Will Ospreay’s post-match address to the audience, Ospreay was unexpectedly attacked by a masked person.
The masked individual executed a codebreaker and then removed the mask, revealing himself as Chris Jericho. Jericho did not stop there, he proceeded to strike Ospreay with a chair. Chris Jericho and Will Ospreay are set to face each other at AEW All In 2023 PPV event.
During the August 23 episode of AEW Dynamite, Jericho and Ospreay had a confrontation during the contract signing as well.
