Nic Nemeth is scheduled to face Matt Cardona at GCW The Coldest Winter 2 event.

GCW officially announced on Monday, January 15, through their social media channels, that Matt Cardona is set to go up against Nic Nemeth (Dolph Ziggler) at The Coldest Winter 2 event. The event is scheduled at the Ukrainian Cultural Center on Saturday, February 3.

There has been anticipation surrounding this potential match after Cardona issued a challenge to Nemeth on January 12 at GCW No Compadre event. In response to Cardona’s challenge, Nic Nemeth took to Twitter and referred to Cardona as The Indy God, stating that Cardona could never truly be him. Despite this response, Nemeth did not directly address or accept the challenge posed by Cardona.

Additionally, the upcoming match at The Coldest Winter 2 marks the first time Nic Nemeth and Matt Cardona will go head-to-head in singles competition since December 2012. That match was taped for Saturday Morning Slam.
