Brock Lesnar to Reportedly Face Gunther at WrestleMania 39
According to the latest reports, the Beast Incarnate Brock Lesnar will collide against the Ring General Gunther at WWE Wrestlemania 39.
A report by WrestlingNews.co revealed that Brock Lesnar vs Gunther is internally listed for WrestleMania 39. However, nothing has been confirmed yet.
Gunther is a current Intercontinental Champion and will be defending his title against Ricochet on the December 16 edition of SmackDown. On the other hand, Brock Lesnar is expected to revisit his feud with Lashley to build their trilogy match for Royal Rumble 2023.
Gunther revealed Brock Lesnar as his dream opponent in one of his interviews. He stated that he enjoyed watching Lesnar’s matches when he was young. He considers Brock Lesnar as one of the best to do it and thinks that he is the biggest challenge for him at the moment.
Brock Lesnar and Gunther are yet to cross paths in WWE. However, only the possibility of them sharing the ring excites the fans.
Now, it remains to be seen whether this match will actually take place at WWE WrestleMania 39 or not.
