AEW Dynamite April 19: White vs Komander, Acclaimed Trios Match Added
AEW has added more matches and segments to AEW Dynamite April 19, 2023, including a segment between Chris Jericho and Adam Cole.
Jay White will take on Komander in a singles match. This will be White’s first match in AEW as a contracted talent to the promotion after he signed with AEW in the last few weeks. As a first act as the contracted talent, White attacked Ricky Starks alongside his Bullet Club Gold teammate Juice Robinson.
The Acclaimed will be in trios action alongside Billy Gunn as they take on Matt Menard, Angelo Parker and Jake Hager. Menard and Parker were attempting to bring Acclaimed under Jericho Appreciation Society, but The Acclaimed had rejected it so far. They attacked Menard, Parker and Hager on AEW Rampage this week after they rapped against Acclaimed and Gunn.
In additional segments, Chris Jericho will confront Adam Cole face to face. Jericho was upset at all the pomp and celebration he received after he defeated Daniel Garcia in his first match after his return to the ring last month. Cole also came out to check on Keith Lee after he was beaten by Jericho earlier this week on Dynamite.
The Elite will also address the fans, likely on their rivalry with Blackpool Combat Club. Already announced for the show is a TNT Championship rematch between Powerhouse Hobbs and Wardlow and Outcasts vs Britt Baker & Jamie Hayter.
April 19, 2023 edition of AEW Dynamite will air from Peterson Events Center in Pittsburgh, PA. The current line-up for the show are as below:
