Malakai Black, Brody King & Buddy Matthews of the House of Black will defend their AEW World Trios Titles against CM Punk, Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler of CMFTR. Last week, House of Black retained the gold against Action Andretti, Darius Martin & Lee Johnson. Will CMFTR finally be able to end the House of Black reign?

The Acclaimed Return to Ring
Last week, The Acclaimed had a backstage interview with Tony Schiavone where the duo revealed that Billy Gunn blamed himself for the loss against House of Black, and took the unwavering decision of retiring from pro wrestling. They have been in any match since the AEW Trios Title match. But, now they are set to return to action. Who will be their opponents?
Kris Statlander & Willow Nightingale vs Mercedes Martinez & Diamante
On the August 5 episode of Collision, Kris Statlander defended the AEW TBS title against Mercedes Martinez. However, the latter launched an assault on Statlander after the match. Diamante also joined Martinez in the beating, but soon Willow Nightingale came to the ring and made the save which set up a tag team match between them for this Saturday.
