NOTES

Iridium Sports Agency announced that Jafel Filho would face Ode Osbourne in a flyweight bout on March 16, 2024. This was the first mention of this event. A report came in December that UFC had applied license for an event on March 16 at UFC Apex Arena in Las Vegas, NV. This was the 88th Fight Night event at the venue, and hence, is also known as UFC Vegas 88.

Tai Tuivasa vs Marcin Tybura fight was announced for UFC 298 PPV. Later, UFC President Dana White announced in January that the bout would now headline the March 16 Fight Night event instead.

Pannie Kianzad and Macy Chiasson faced off in the final of The Ultimate Fighters Heavy Hitters Featherweight Tournament final in 2018. Chiasson got the win in that fight via second-round submission. Kainzad and Chiasson were booked for a rematch at this event.

Toshiomi Kazama vs Charalampos Grigoriou bout was announced for the show. However, Kazama pulled out of the bout with unknown reasons. Grigoriou was instead booked against Chad Anheliger in a bantamweight bout.

3 fighters missed weight at the weigh-in event. Natan Levy came in at 156.5 pounds which was half a pound over the lightweight limit for his fight against Natan Levy. Chelsea Chandler missed bantamweight weight limit by 1 lbs after coming in at 137 pounds for her bout against Josiane Nunes. Danny Silva weighed at 148.5 pounds for his featherweight bout against Joshua Culibao. All these fights were later changed into catchweight bouts with the fighters paying 20% of their purse as fine to their opponents.

Performance of the Night Awards: Marcin Tybura, Macy Chiasson, Jafel Filho, & Jaqueline Amorim. Each fighter got $50,000 as performance bonus.
