Alex Perez and Muhammad Mokaev are scheduled to face off at UFC event in Saudi Arabia.

UFC on Eurosport social media accounts announced that the match between Perez and Mokaev from the flyweight division is set to take place at this UFC event on March 2, 2024.

Alex Perez recently participated in a grappling match at UFC Fight Pass Invitational 4 event, resulting in a draw against Roman Bravo-Young. Currently, Perez is on a two-fight losing streak.

Perez’s most recent UFC bout was at UFC 277 event, where he was defeated by Alexandre Pantoja via submission. Preceding the Pantoja fight, Perez suffered a defeat in his bid for the UFC flyweight championship against Deiveson Figueiredo, also via submission.

Muhammad Mokaev has been on an impressive unbeaten streak of 10 fights in his professional MMA career so far with 5 wins in UFC. His latest victory came against Tim Elliott at UFC 294 event, securing a submission win that was recognized as the performance of the night.

Prior to the bout against Elliott, Mokaev triumphed over Jafel Filho at UFC 286 event, also by submission. Currently, he holds the 9th rank in the flyweight division.

UFC Saudi Arabia event is scheduled to take place on March 2, 2024, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. A middleweight bout is also set for the event, where Eryk Anders will face Jamie Pickett.
