Abus Magomedov vs Warlley Alves Reported for UFC Vegas 92
Two senior middleweights in Abus Magomedov(25-6-1) and Warlley Alves(15-7) are expected to clash at UFC Vegas 92 event.
The news was reported by MMA Reporter Marcel Dorff. Magomedov was earlier reported to face Jun Yong Park. However, that report seems to be incorrect. UFC Vegas 92 is set to take place on May 18, 2024, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Magomedov is currently dealing with a 2-fight losing streak after a win in his UFC debut against Dustin Stoltzfus. These losses came against Sean Strickland at UFC Vegas 76, and Caio Borralho at UFC Sao Paulo Fight Night in November last year.
Warlley Alves is also on 3 fights losing streak with his last win coming in January 2021. He lost to Jeremiah Wells in June 2021 before missing the action in 2022. He returned to lose to Nicolas Dalby at UFC 283 in January before another loss to Ikram Aliskerov at UFC 294 PPV.
