Yordenis Ugas is coming off a tenth-round TKO loss against Errol Spence Jr in 2022 where he lost his WBA (Super) Welterweight Title. His last win came against Manny Pacquiao back in August 2021.
On the other hand, Mario Barrios recently rebounded from his previous two losses by defeating Jovaine Santiago via eighth-round TKO earlier this year in February. Before that, he lost against Keith Thurman and Gervonta Davis.
Now, it will be interesting to see whether Yordenis Ugas rebounds from his previous loss when he faces Mario Barrios on September 30.
