Ryan Garcia Next Fight: vs Oscar Duarte, December 2, 2023

Ryan Garcia will fight Oscar Duarte in his next bout on December 2, 2023, to headline a Golden Boy Boxing event on Dazn Streaming.

The event will be taking place at Toyota Center in Houston, TX. It will be the first time that Garcia will headline a boxing event at this venue. The fight will take place at super lightweight(140 lbs).

Garcia Tries to Bounce Back

Seen as a rising prospect, Ryan Garcia is one of the mordern day star with a huge following on social media. He is a former WBC interim Lightweight Champion but currently stands on an important juncture.

He suffered the first setback in his career when he was beaten by Gervonta Davis in a superfight in April this year, which sold more than 1.2 million PPVs. After being found out technically in that bout, Garcia has changed his trainer to improve his performance. The 24-year-old Garcia already has 23 victories to his name before his first defeat.

Mexico’s Oscar Duarte is in fine form as he has 11 consecutive knockout victories. He was last in action to beat D’Angelo Keyes via seventh-round stoppage on the undercard of Alexis Rocha vs Anthony Young event.

Duarte has suffered only one loss over his 28 fights pro career. which came against Adrian Estrella back in February 2019. Since then, Duarte is unstoppable with one knockout after another.
