WWE Raw episode of May 9, 2022, will be the fallout of WWE WrestleMania Backlash 2022. The event will air live from the XL Center, Hartford, CT.

Rhea Ripley was revealed as the new member of Judgement Day and we might hear more on this show. Will she be the new challenger for Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair? RK-Bro might also continue their rivalry with The Usos. We might also get to know what is next for Cody Rhodes.

RK-Bro Want Title Unification Match

We get the recap of the main event of WrestleMania Backlash from last night where The Bloodline come on top over Drew McIntyre, Randy Orton and Riddle. Orton and Riddle come out. Orton says they lost the battle to Bloodline last night, but they will win the war. He says it was Usos’ idea for tag title unification match, but Roman knew that Usos can’t held it their own against RK-Bro. Randy says now they want title unification match and become undisputed tag team champs.

Riddle takes the mic and says they will go to SmackDown to challenge them for the title. Street Profits cut them off and claim that they are the team that RK-Bro needs to worried about. They claim that they will be the ones to unify tag team titles. Riddle and Orton fire back with their promo before we cut to the break.

RK-Bro(Riddle & Randy Orton)(c) vs The Street Profits(Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins) – WWE RAW Tag Team Championship

Ford starts with Riddle and goes for early pin attempts. Riddle resets and then go for armbar. Ford counters with another pin attempt. Riddle goes for a sleeper and transitions to a pin attempt. Ford hits a dropkick. Dawkins comes in to hit a shoulder tackle. Dawkins hits a flying uppercut. He misses in the corner. Riddle hits bodykicks and tags in Orton. Orton hits quick European uppercuts. He slams Dawkins’ face into the turnbuckle. Riddle hits assisted moonsault for a two-count. He takes Dawkins to the floor with headscissors. Ford hits Riddle with a suicide dive to take us the break.

Riddle is firing back with punches as we return. Ford drops him with a short arm clothesline. Riddle hits an enziguiri and tags out. Orton hits clotheslines and powerslams on both opponents. He hits a draping DDT on Dawkins. Riddle tags in after RKO is blocked. Riddle takes out Orton with his moonsault. Dawkins hits a spinebuster on Riddle and Ford hits a frog splash. Orton breaks the pin. Dawkins takes Orton back to the floor. Riddle counters Ford’s splash with an RKO and gets the pin.

Winners – RK-Bro

Kevin Patrick is on an elevated platform near the stage and brings out Theory for an interview. Theory says he can do it all day and can easily beat Cody.


We see the recap of AJ Styles vs Edge match and how Rhea Ripley joined the Judgement Day. Edge, Damian Priest and Rhea make their entrance to take us to a break.

Edge has the mic after the break. He says he formed the Judgment Day because they are no sheep. It only got him a Hall of Famer ring, a broken body and comments. Edge says they hold the mirror up to us and we don’t like it, but nothing and no one can touch them.

Damian Priest says the truth hurts, and he and Edge were individually capable of destroying each of our favorites, but together they’re something more, and if you think that’s bad, just imagine adding an instrument of brutality like Rhea Ripley. He demands we all rise for her.

Rhea gets on the mic and says she saw the two of them change for the better and she wanted that for herself. She’s done signing autographs for little kids at airports only to see those autographs sold on eBay. She turns her focus to Liv Morgan, promising to give her a reason to cry when she absolutely destroys her. Edge says Priest is his Punisher while Rhea is his eradicator and together they are Edge’s Saints of Judgement.

Liv Morgan vs Rhea Ripley

They go to brawl as the bell rings. Rhea hits a headbutt to drop Liv. She throws Liv into the corner. Liv tries to fire back but Rhea sends her to the corner and hits shoulder blocks. Liv forces her to get back from top when she goes unloads in the corner. Rhea hits a big boot to cut off Liv’s attack.

Rhea remains in control with stomps. She slams Liv’s face the mat a few times. She puts on a body triangle and Liv counters it with a pin attempt. Rhea grounds her to the mat again. Liv starts making momentum with quick moves. She hits double knees to get a near fall. Ripley rocks her with a roundhouse kick to the face. She puts on the cloverleaf and gets the submission.

Winner – Rhea Ripley

Finn Balor makes his entrance for his match against Priest. AJ Styles comes out to be in his corner.

Damian Priest vs Finn Balor

Back and forth action between for a few minutes until Rhea runs an interference. Edge then hits a spear and the referee calls for a DQ.

Winner – Finn Balor

After the match, AJ comes in to save Balor but he would not hit Rhea, leading to Judgment Day taking over and stand tall.

Sonya Deville vs Alexa Bliss

Alexa hits a DDT to start. She hits Twisted Bliss and gets the pin.

Winner – Rhea Ripley

What’s Next for RK-Bro?: The Bloodline was able to get the win over the team of Drew McIntyre and RK-Bro. Will the Raw Tag Team Champions Randy Orton and Riddle continue their feud with the Usos to unify the tag titles or will they get the new challengers for their title from the RAW tag-team division? 

Will Cody Rhodes enters a new feud?: Cody Rhodes returned at WrestleMania 38 and ever since then he has been involved in a feud with Seth Rollins.
