Damian Preist’s Open Challenge
US Champion Damian Priest comes out and talks about his win at SummerSlam. He says he will not be a coward like WWE Champion Bobby Lashley and will make us all proud. He invites everyone for an open challenge. Sheamus interrupts him first. Drew McIntyre follows shortly.
McIntyre and Sheamus argue until Bobby Lashley comes out with MVP. The crowd chants Goldberg at Lashley and MVP tells them that he is taken care of. Before MVP could say much, RAW Tag Team Champions Randy Orton and Riddle come out. In their argument, Riddle challenges MVP and Bobby Lashley to defend their tag titles.
Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville come out and announce two matches. McIntyre vs Sheamus vs Damian Priest for the US Title, and RK-Bro vs Hurt Business for Tag Team Championship.
Rhea Ripley vs Shayna Baszler
Rhea makes her entrance before the break. She announces that Nikki ASH will be in her corner tonight. Nia Jax will be in Shayna’s corner as usual. Nia threatens that she will splatter Ripley and Nikki before the match is over, and then says she will do the same to RAW Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair before the night is over.
The bell rings and Ripley quickly attacks Baszler from behind. Baszler fights back and they trade holds now. Baszler with a big kick and a big knee strike to the face. Ripley tries to fight but Baszler beats her grounded. Baszler kicks Ripley in the head and traps her hand in the ring apron, then stomps and kicks her. We go to the break.
We return to Baszler still dominating Rhea. Nikki motivates her from the floor and Rhea starts to ask for more. Rhea hits short clotheslines and a headbutt, and a low dropkick shortly. A German suplex into bridge for a two-count. Shayna grabs her arm once again and puts on a lock. Rhea reaches the ropes to force break.
Rhea goes for the riptide but Nia thrashing Nikki into the barricade distracts her. Nia hits Nikki with a Samoan drop. Baszler tries to take advantage of a distracted Rhea but Rhea turns the pin attempt into a cradle to get the win.
Winner – Rhea Ripley
After the match, Nia quickly attacks Rhea and beats her down. Shayna is not impressed by Nia taking the spotlight.
The Viking Raiders vs Jinder Mahal & Veer
Veer starts with Ivar with a headlock. Ivar no-sells a shoulder tackle and drops Veer. Ivar hits a body slam. Veer comes back with a Thesz press. Jinder tags in and Ivar fights back. Jinder hits a high knee for one count. Mahal and Veer with quick tags to keep control. Ivar drops Mahal and tags in Erik.
Erik with a flurry of strikes and a flatliner. A running knee in the corner before Veer is sent to the floor. Ivar tags in and takes out Veer & Shanky with a cannonball on the floor. Mahal slams Erik’s face to the apron and takes Ivar back. Erik tags in to hits The Viking Experience on Mahal to get the pin.
Winner – The Viking Raiders
Damian Priest(c) vs Sheamus vs Drew McIntyre – WWE United States Championship
Damian Priest and Drew McIntyre team up to beat Sheamus. Sheamus goes to the floor and Priest hits him with a dive. Sheamus replies with a headbutt to Priest before McIntyre comes down to brawl with him. Priest ends up throwing him over the barricade. We cut to a break.
Sheamus is beating up Preist as we return. He also drops McIntyre from the apron. Preist comes back with a flurry of strikes and a takedown. Sheamus hits the Irish Curse Backbreaker. Sheamus sends Preist to the apron and hits him with signature blows to the chest.
McIntyre comes back and runs over Sheamus with clotheslines, neck breaker, and a belly-to-belly suplex. Sheamus counters future shock and sends him into the ring post. Preist hits a spinning heel kick to Sheamus. Preist with back elbows in the corner to both men. McIntyre boots Preist and clotheslines him to the floor. McIntyre takes out both men with a suicide dive.
McIntyre hits Michonoku driver to Preist for a near fall. McIntyre takes Preist to the top. Sheamus comes and attack both men. Sheamus takes them down from the tower of doom. We cut to another break.
McIntyre and Sheamus are going at it as we return from the break. Priest comes in and hits a chokeslam to Sheamus. McIntyre breaks the pin. Preist is sent out again and McIntyre hits Sheamus with a Futureshock DDT. McIntyre goes for the Claymore but Sheamus cut him off with the Brogue kick. Priest comes in and hits the reckoning on Sheamus to get the pin.
Winner – Damian Priest(retains WWE US Title)
After the match, Priest celebrates his win. Drew comes back to the ring and is angry at losing the match. Drew and Damian have a moment of respect before they exit.
Goldberg is somewhere and is asked about his condition. He tells us that he had ligament and tendon damage. But his goal is changed after Lashley tried to hurt his son. Now, Goldberg is coming for Lashley’s soul and will rip it apart.
We get a segment with 24/7 Champion Reggie and R-Truth in a park. R-Truth has a man in a dog costume with him. They run around a bit and Reggie once again uses his acrobatic skills to evade R-Truth and the dog. It turns out to be Akira Tozawa in the costume. Tozawa tells R-Truth that the costume does not work. R-Truth says every dog has his day.
Eva Marie vs Doudrop
Eva Marie entered for the match before the break. We get a replay for the storyline between Eva Marie and Doudrop ever since their arrival a few months back.
Doudrop enters and attacks Eva as she turns her back. After beating her around, Doudrop dropped Eva and got a mock pin. The match did not begin officially. The referee checks on Eva and it turns out that Eva is not ready to compete now. Doudrop takes the mic and announces herself as the winner.
Charlotte Flair is backstage and is asked about Nia Jax’s comment over ripping her apart. Flair is confident that she will win.
Karrion Kross vs Humberto Carrillo
Kross takes Carrillo to the corner and stomps. Carrillo with a sidekick and a crossbody to get a two-count. Kross runs him over with a clothesline. A snap suplex gets him a two-count. More attack from Kross before he puts on a chinlock.
Carrillo tries to fight back but Kross drops him with a northern light suplex. Carrillo comes with a roundhouse kick. Kross cuts him off and hits his finisher to get the win.
Winner – Karrion Kross
Charlotte Flair vs Nia Jax
Nia tries to attack early but Flair gets out of the ring. Flair asks her to back out before returning. They lock up and Nia pushes Flair to the ropes. Flair pulls her hair. Flair kicks at Nia’s knee. Nia stops a suplex and hits a headbutt. Nia with a big clothesline near the ropes. She misses a charge in the corner.
Flair puts on a side headlock. Nia hits a shoulder tackle after throwing her to the ropes. Flair fights back with back elbows and uses the ropes to her advantage. Flair puts on a sleeper now. Nia throws Flair away and then hits a spinebuster. Flair sends her to the floor with a low bridge and hits a crossbody as we cut to a break.
Nia comes back from a headlock but misses a charge in the corner. Flair goes for the moonsault but Nia gets her knees up. Nia hits Samoan drop but Flair gets away from leg drop. Flair with a big boot. More back and forth action follows. Flair hits an inverted DDT.
Flair attacks Nia’s knee now to set up for figure four. Nia kicks her away. She hits a one-handed powerbomb to get the pin.
Winner – Nia Jax
Omos (with AJ Styles) vs John Morrison
Morrison cuts a promo saying that Miz is no show for their match tonight. But he wanted to make his coach proud by taking a big scalp. And Omos is the biggest man he knows about. Omos was standing beside him the whole time.
Back from a break, Morrison makes his entrance. He tries to use a drip stick but Omos throws it away and throws Morrison away. Morrison avoids some attack using his speed but Omos keeps coming back with something.
Omos with a big clothesline on the floor. Back in the ring, Omos tosses Morrison over and then hits the double arm chokeslam to get the pin.
Winner – Omos
AJ Styles vs Xavier Woods
After the match, Xavier Woods comes out for his match against AJ Styles.
AJ takes him to the corner to start. They trade chops. Woods hits side Russian leg sweep. Woods with the upper hand on the floor. Woods takes out the knees in the ring. AJ comes back with a big kick. Woods rolls out of the ring to avoid phenomenal forearm. AJ hits a basement slide.
Back to the ring, AJ is working on Woods’ knees. Woods comes out of a lock with punches. Arm drag and a kick from Woods. Woods stops big right hands and hits chops. A big shoulder tackle in the corner.
AJ comes back with a Pele kick. Woods puts him on the tree of woe and hits a dropkick. AJ hits a sidekick at the knees again and puts on the calf crusher. Woods taps out.
Winner – AJ Styles
Just as AJ and Omos complete their celebration, Riddle and Randy Orton come out for their match.
RK-Bro(Randy Orton & Riddle)(c) vs Hurt Business(MVP & Bobby Lashley) – RAW Tag Team Championship
Lashley throws around Riddle to start. A suplex from Lashley and tags in MVP. MVP also hits a suplex. Orton tags in now and hits a body slam. Orton stomps on his hand. Riddle gets an assist for a moonsault. MVP rolls to the floor. Riddle takes him and Lashley out with a springboard moonsault.
Lashley hits Uranage on Riddle as we return. MVP comes back in and puts on a chinlock. Orton cheers Riddle who fights back. Orton comes in hot to run over MVP. He unloads in the corner. MVP gets his boot up but Orton comes back with a powerslam. Orton hits a draping DDT on Lashley now.
Orton was getting ready for RKO on Lashley, but MVP hits him with a big boot. Lashley tags in and unloads on Orton. Lashley hits a couple of big shoulder tackles. Riddle tags in and hits Pele kicks and running elbows. Riddle with a ripcord knee and floating bro. MVP breaks the pin.
MVP tags in and runs over Riddle with a big boot. Riddle kicks at MVP now. Orton reverses against Lashley to send him into the ring post. Omos comes and grabs Orton in a vice grip. Riddle hits him with a dropkick. Orton drops AJ on the announce table. Riddle hits the pump knee on MVP and floating bro to get the win
Winners – RK-Bro(retains RAW Team Titles)
Lashley hits Riddle with a spear after the match. Orton hits him RKO to close the show
