Steve Maclin Pulled from Impact Slammiversary 2023 Due to Injury

Steve Maclin will miss the IMPACT Slammiversary 2023 event because of his injury.
IMPACT officially announced on Saturday that Steve Maclin will not face Scott D’Amore and PCO in a Special Grudge Match with Bully Ray due to his injury. The nature of the injury was not disclosed.

Although the match is not canceled and Bully Ray will get a new partner. The partner will be revealed on this Monday on July 11, 2023 episode of Busted Open Radio.
Maclin got injured during the IMPACT Down Under Tour in Australia, where Alex Shelley defeated Maclin for the IMPACT World Championship. During the match, Maclin was seen in serious pain when Shelley hit him with Busaiku Knee.
A special enforcer will be seen at the Special Grudge Match at the Slammiversary event in the form of Darren McCarty, a former NHL player. IMPACT Slammiversary 2023 PPV is scheduled for July 15 with several titles matches already announced and an Ultimate X match.
