Welcome to the live results blog for WWE NXT Stand & Deliver 2022 event from American Airlines Center in Dallas, TX. This will be the first special weekend event from NXT this year. Despite a special start time of 12 PM ET, WWE is trying to make this event a big affair.

A total of 7 matches are announced with Dolph Ziggler defending NXT Championship against Bron Breakker in the main event. North American Championship will be defended in a ladder match with Carmelo Hayes, Cameron Grimes, Santos Escobar, Grayson Waller and Solo Sikoa competing. NXT Women’s Championship will be on the line in a fatal 4-way match involving Mandy Rose, Cora Jade, Io Shirai and Kay Lee Ray.

Imperium’s Fabian Aichner and Marcel Barthel will defend Tag Team titles against MSK(Wes Lee & Nash Carter) and The Creed Brothers(Julius Creed & Brutus Creed). Two singles matches will also be on the card with Tomasso Ciampa battling Tony D’Angelo and Gunther taking on LA Knight. The women’s tag team titles match between Toxic Attraction and Dakota Kai & Raquel Gonzalez will be on the pre-show.

  • Dakota Kai & Raquel Gonzalez defeated Toxic Attraction(Jacy Jayne & Gigi Dolin) via pinfall to win NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship.(pre-show)
  • Cameron Grimes defeated Carmelo Hayes(c), Santos Escobar, Grayson Waller & Solo Sikoa in a Ladder Match to win NXT North American Championship.
  • Tony D’Angelo defeated Tomasso Ciampa in a singles match via pinfall.
  • MSK(Wes Lee & Nash Carter) defeated Imperium(Fabian Aichner & Marcel Barthel) and The Creed Brothers(Julius Creed & Brutus Creed) in a triple threat tag team match to win the NXT Tag Team Championship.
  • Mandy Rose(c) defeated Io Shirai, Kay Lee Ray & Cora Jade in a Fatal 4-Way Match via pinfall to retain NXT Women’s Championship.

Pre-show

The pre-show is live with McKenzie Mitchell, Sam Roberts and Beth Pheonix. The panel starts to discuss the card for tonight.

Peter Rosenberg and Kayla Braxton join in from AT&T Stadium for discussing the NXT Women’s Championship match.

NXT North American Champion Carmelo Hayes cuts a promo(pre-recorded) from a high rise building with Trick Williams by his side. Melo doesn’t miss! We see Gunther and LA Knight entering the building earlier today.

Malcolm Bivens from Diamond Mine joins the panel to talk about NXT Tag Team Championship match and the Creed Brothers. He gets into an argument with Roberts over Creed Brothers. Malik Blade cuts them off as Edris Enofe is waiting to hand over a gift basket to Mandy Rose. Blade infact tricks Enofe into going into Imperium’s locker room instead of Toxic Attraction.

Grayson Waller cuts a promo as he is sitting on top of a bull statue. He says he is liking the view from there and will like it from the top of the ladder.

Santos Escobar is with the rest of Legado Del Fantasma and cuts a promo from what seems like a lounge. He talks about winning the ladder match year.

Akbar Gabaja Biamila joins the panel to discuss the show. They start to talk about the challenge between Persia Pirotta and Indi Hartwell to make their couple the sexiest one. We cut to a segment between the two couples as they go shopping in Dallas for their competition to turn Duke Hudson and Dexter Lumis into sexiest cowboys.

Toxic Attraction(Jacy Jayne & Gigi Dolin) vs Dakota Kai & Raquel Gonzalez – NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship – Pre-show

Toxic Attraction attack just as the bell rings. Raquel turns it around and kicks Jayne off the apron. Raquel drops Dolin on the ropes. Kai tags in and go back and forth with Dolin, trading pin attempts and moves. Raquel tags back and knocks off Jayne once again off the apron. Raquel swings around Dolin for a while before dropping her to the mat. Kai tags in. Jayne gets the blind tag and attacks Kai from behind.

Toxic Attraction cut the ring in half with quick tags. Kai kicks off Dolin but Jayne stops the tag. Kai rolls her over and then goes in between her legs to tags in Raquel. Kai hits a jawbreaker and brings in Raquel. Raquel goes for the powerbomb but Jayne avoids it. Raquel drops her in the corner and gets a two-count. Kai hits a German suplex from the top rope.

More back and forth action. Kai and Jayne kick at each other at the same time. Jayne hits a German suplex on Kai. Dolin picks her up and hits another German suplex. Wendy Choo appears and hits Dolin with her pillow. Kai hits Jayne with the running boot in the corner. She tags in Raquel who hits one-arm powerbomb on Jayne to get the pin and the win.

Winner – Raquel Gonzalez & Dakota Kai

The pre-show is wrapping up with the entrances from the Ladder match participants. The main show starts now with a video package. Cameron Grimes enters for the match. Carmelo Hayes is the last one to enter.

Carmelo Hayes(c) vs Cameron Grimes vs Santos Escobar vs Grayson Waller vs Solo Sikoa – Ladder Match for NXT North American Championship

The bell rings and Hayes tells everyone else that they don’t deserve the title. The action starts and quickly spills to the outside. Grimes drops Escobar and then hits a running kick in the corner. Hayes sends Grimes to the floor. Sikoa comes in and slaps Hayes. Escobar comes in and helps Hayes to clothesline Sikoa. Grimes trips Escobar and pulls him out of the ring. Grimes and Sikoa hit kicks on Hayes in succession. Escobar comes back and sends Grimes to the floor. Waller and Escobar both bring in a ladder. Grimes is dropped to the floor again as he comes in. Sanga gets involved and decks Sikoa as he stops him from handing a ladder to Waller.

More action continues. Sikoa has a ladder in his hand. He traps Waller in the corner with it. Hayes comes in, but is sent into the ladder in the corner. Escobar also suffers the same fate when he comes in. Sikao hits a splash on all three against the ladder. Sikoa climbs the ladder but Grimes brings him down. Sikoa goes for a superkick but hits ladder instead. Hayes and Grimes brawl now. Grimes hits Hayes with a ladder. Escobar hits a dropkick on Grimes against the ladder. Waller hits a cutter on Escobar off the ladder. Hayes brings down Waller from the ladder with a springboard clothesline.

Sikoa stops Hayes and sends him to the floor. Sikoa climbs to the top. Escobar climbs from the other side and hits a sunset flip powerbomb. Grimes comes in and hits a running kick on Escobar. Escobar replies with a running knee. Legado Del Fantasma gets involved in the match now. Elektra Lopez hits a crossbody on Waller. Wilde and Mendoza attack Sanga. Sikoa hits them with double clothesline and then a double Samoan drop. Sikao climbs to the top. Escobar follows him. Trick Williams trips both of them.

Trick Williams climbs the ladder for some reason. Grimes comes in and trips him from the ladder. Grimes sets up the ladder. Other four participants also follow his lead. Five participants on three ladders. Each is dropped on by one. Waller remains the only one standing. Escobar hits him with headscissors. Sikoa hits a splash on Escobar. Waller goes for an elbow drop on Hayes on top of a ladder, but Williams pulls out Hayes. Hayes goes to the top. Escobar hits him with Phanton driver. Grimes hits Escobar with the running kick. Grimes climbs the ladder and gets the title down to win the match.

Winner – Cameron Grimes

Tomasso Ciampa vs Tony D’Angelo

Back and forth action starts the match. Tony sends Ciampa into the corner. He hit shoulder tackles in the corner. Ciampa turns it around and goes to hits running knee strikes to his face. Ciampa takes Tony to the floor and hits another running knee to the face. Ciampa exposes the floor. He gets into to the ring now. Tony with a double leg takedown and unloads. He hits a double underhook suplex. Tony puts on a chinlock now.

Ciampa fights back with chops and more shots. Ciampa hits a big elbow strike. Tony gets out the crowbar which was hidden behind the steel steps. Tony swings and misses. Ciampa nails him with a kick to the face. Tony hits a low blow behind the referee’s back. Tony hits a swinging neckbreaker but Ciampa kicks out. Ciampa hits a willow’s bell. He follows with Fairytale Ending. Tony kicks out of the pin attempt.

Ciampa goes to the floor and tries to drop Tony on the exposed floor. Tony hits him with DDT on the floor. He brings Ciampa back and hits a running kick to get the pin and the win.

Winner – Tony D’Angleo

After the match, Tony celebrates with AJ Galante before leaving. Ciampa gets up and the crowd chants “Thank You Ciampa” for him.

Imperium(Fabian Aichner & Marcel Barthel) vs MSK(Wes Lee & Nash Carter) vs The Creed Brothers(Julius Creed & Brutus Creed) – Three Way match for NXT Tag Team Championship

Brutus, Aichner and Lee start. Back and forth action to start. Brutus is sent to the floor. Lee sends Aichner to the corner for a dropkick. Caster tags in. Brutus comes back but the other two work on him.

We are having some technical difficulties and will add more match details soon.

A tower of doom spot involving all six men and everyone is down. Brutus hits a dive from the top to the floor on Aichner, Carter and Lee. He brings in Carter for a double team spinebuster with Julius. Aichner pulls Julius off to break the pin. Barthel hits him with an European uppercut. Imperium hit Brutus with an European uppercut and powerbomb combo on the floor. MSK hit Aichner with a headscissors and powerbomb combo finisher to get the pin and the win.

Winner – MSK

Mandy Rose(c) vs Cora Jade vs Io Shirai vs Kay Lee Ray – Fatal 4-Way Match for NXT Women’s Championship

Mandy is cornered by the other three. She tries to fight out to start a brawl. The action spills to the floor. Kay Lee Ray hits a suicide dive on the other three. Io beats up Mandy while KLR takes care of Jade. Shirai and KLR get into the ring and face-off. They go back and forth until Io drops KLR to the ropes for 619. Mandy pulls out Io and drops her to the floor. She decks KLR from the floor. Jade attacks her and hurries her with quick punches.

Mandy gets on her back and slams her to the mat. She hits a spinebuster on Jade to get a two-count. KLR is dropped on Io on the floor. Mandy continues to work on Jade in the ring. She hits a delayed vertical suplex. She stops KLR and Io from getting into the ring. Jade uses a low bridge to send her to the floor. She dives on Rose on the floor. KLR then hits a senton on Jade. Io hits a moonsault on KLR next.

Io and KLR are in teh ring now. Io hits a sunset flip and then follows with 619. She hits missile dropkick before Mandy sends her to the floor. Mandy goes for the pin but KLR pulls out. KLR puts Mandy in her submission move. Io puts Jade in a Boston Crab. Jade rolls over and sends Io into KLR to break that submission. KLR drops Io. MAndy drops KLR. Jade hits Mandy with a headscissors.

Jade hits a low dropkick. She has hurt her knee it seems. She work it off and hits a double leg stomp. Jade continues to be in control in the corner. She goes to the apron. KLR comes in and Jade hits her with a sunset flip on the apron. Io sends Jade to the floor. Io hits a missile dropkick. She hits a dropkick in the corner. Io gets a two-count with German suplex bridge.

Mandy takes Io to the top. Shirai ends up hitting Spanish fly. Jade breaks her pin attempt. Jade hits sliced bread on Mandy. Ray breaks the pin. Jade unloads on her. Ray hits KO bomb. She goes to the top. Shirai pushes her to the floor. Io hits a moonsault on Jade. Mandy hits Io with a running knee and covers to get the pin.

Winner – Mandy Rose

Gunther vs LA Knight

They lock and the referee seperate them as they get on the ropes. Gunther hits a big chop. Knight fires up with punches and unloads in the corner. Gunther gets to the floor to avoid a charge. Gunther hits a powerbomb on the apron. He poses in the ring while Knight is down on the floor. Knight gets back to the ring and Gunther keeps control with big shots on back. He puts on a chinlock. Knight gets to his feet but Gunther hits more shots at the back.

Knight hits back with punches before Gunther hits more shots at the back. Knight hits a cutter. Gunther hits another big shot to drop him. Gunther puts on a Boston Crab now. Gunther changes to a crossface. Knight comes out of it but eats a headbutt. Gunther whips him hard to the corner. Knight reverses a whip and then hits a back body drop. Knight hits a suplex next. Gunther hits a chop. Knight hits a flying tackle off the ropes.

Knight kicks at him in the corner. He hits a hip attack. Knight hits a hip slam after a bit of back and forth. Knight hits an elbow drop, a clothesline in the corner. Knight hits a superplex for a close two-count. They trade shots now. Gunther hits a big chop. He puts on a sleeper hold now. Knight hits a Death Valley Driver for another close two-count. Knight goes to the top now. Gunther trips him with a chop block. Gunther hits a splash from the top and then hits a powerbomb to get the pin and the win.

Winner – Gunther

Dolph Ziggler(c) vs Bron Breakker – NXT Championship

Bron Breakker comes out and cuts off the NXT sign with an chain cutter. Ziggler follows him with his entrance. Ziggler taunts Breakker and Breakker goes to attack him before the match, only for the referee to get in between.

The bell rings and Breakker hits a big spinebuster. Ziggler gets to the floor. Breakker follows him. Ziggler gets back and hits a knee as Breakker returns. Ziggler turns a tackle in a takedown. Breakker hits Thesz press to get a two-count. He hits a belly-to-belly suplex next. He follows with two more belly-to-belly suplexes. Breakker gets ready for the spear but Roode grabs his leg. The referee boots him to the back.

Breakker hits a side suplex. He slams Ziggler’s face into the turnbuckle. Ziggler slips out of the corner and slams Breakker’s knee to the turnbuckle. Ziggler hits a neckbreaker from the top turnbuckle. Ziggler puts on a bulldog choke. Breakker gets back on his feet and hits a couple of punches. Ziggler hits a kick to the knee and another neckbreaker.

Ziggler puts on the choke again. Breakker gets back to his feet again and hits bodyshots. Ziggler pushes him to the ropes. Breakker cuts his charge with an elbow. Breakker goes to the top but Ziggler trips him. Ziggler puts on a choke. He uses some variations of the choke to keep Breakker on the floor. Breakker hits bodyshots again. He avoids a neckbreaker and drops Ziggler with clotheslines and tackles. Breakker hits a tilt-a-whirl bodyslam for a two-count.

Dueling chants from the crowd as Breakker sets up Ziggler on the top. Breakker hits a headscissors from the top turnbuckle for a near fall. Ziggler cuts off spear with knee. Ziggler leap frogs but Breakker hits a spear to get a near fall. Ziggler hits a knee to the jaw to get another two-count. Ziggler goes for the superkick. Breakker catches it and hits another spear. Breakker hits military press powerslam. He covers but Roode comes back to pull Ziggler out of the ring. Breakker hits both of them with a tope suicida.

Breakker sends Roode into the steel steps. Breakker returns to the ring. Ziggler catches him with fameasser and zigzag in quick succession. Ziggler goes for the pin but Breakker kicks out. Ziggler goes to the top and hits an elbow drop for another near fall. Ziggler hypes up and signals for a superkick, more like how Shawn Michaels use to signal for Sweet Chin Music.

Breakker is on his feet though. He hits a tackle and a spear. Breakker goes for the Powerslam but Ziggler rakes his eyes and slams his face into the turnbuckle. Ziggler hits a superkick to get the pin and the win.
