Io Shirai vs Kayden Carter

They go back and forth with counters and pin attempts for a few minutes. Carter hits a big dropkick which sends Shirai out of the ring. Carter tries for a kick from the apron but Shirai sends her into the apron. Shirai with a springboard dropkick from the apron for a near fall. Carter counters and sweeps the leg out. Carter goes on and kicks Shirai in the face. Shirai comes back with a huge German suplex and hits a big moonsault for the pin and the win.

Winner- Io Shirai

After the match, Shirai takes the mic. Shirai says it’s not Rhea Ripley, it’s not Bianca Belair, it’s not NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler, it’s all about Io. Ripley comes out to interrupt her. Shirai goes to speak but Rhea snatches the mic from her hand. Rhea says last week Belair ran her mouth, and next week Rhea gets to put her back in her place, but if Shirai ever puts Rhea’s name in her mouth again, she has no problem shutting Shirai up. Shirai smiles and backs off, talking trash. Rhea tosses the mic and stares her down before making her exit.

Killian Dane’s attack on Boa from last week’s episode is recapped. Backstage, Boa cuts a promo in Chinese. Cathy Kelley is with NXT General Manager William Regal now. Regal says the Velveteen Dream won’t be able to compete next week in the match against NXT North American Champion Roderick Strong. Regal then announces that Strong will defend his title next Wednesday and it will be against the winner of Keith Lee vs Dominik Dijakovic, which is next to come.

Keith Lee vs Dominic Dijakovic – #1 Contender Match for WWE NXT North American Championship

Shoulder tackles start the match. Lee is focusing on Dijakovic’s arm. Dijakovic fights back with a lariat. Dijakovic maintains dominance during the commercial. Lee throws Dijakovic around the ring. Dijakovic fights back with a Chokebomb for two. Dijakovic takes Lee to the top rope but Lee fights back. Lee misses a Frog Splash but hits a Spirit Bomb later.

Dijakovic rolls out of the ring. Lee rolls out of the ring and sends Dijakovic back in the ring. Lee hits a corner splash. Dijakovic hits a big boot and gets a nearfall. They trade blows in the middle of the ring. Dijakovic hits a series of kicks. Dijakovic blocks a suplex but Lee eventually hits it. Keith Lee counters a powerbomb into a Poison Rana. Lee and Dijakovic battle on the top rope but Roderick Strong interferes to cause a DQ. Match ended in a No Result.

William Regal is furious with Rodrick Strong and announces that he will have defend the title against both Keith Lee & Dominic Dijakovic in a triple threat match next week. Back from the break and we see what happened during the commercial break with The Undisputed Era yelling at William Regal as he left the building.

Matt Riddle vs Bronson Reed

Riddle takes control early on and unloads with kicks and hits a big Exploder suplex. Riddle follows up with a running kick to the face for a two-count. Reed blocks the Broton and hits a big senton of his own. Riddle blocks shots and unloads with strikes of his own. Riddle blocks a shot and nails a kick, hits Bro 2 Sleep and then a big powerbomb and Final Flash knee strike in quick succession for a near fall. Reed gets some offense going but Riddle drops Reed on his head again with Bro Derrick for the pin to win.
