Kazarian & Edwards to Clash at IMPACT Slammiversary w/ Wives in Corner

Frankie Kazarian and Eddie Edwards will clash in a rematch at IMPACT Slammiversary 2023 event with their respective wives in their corners.

Edwards defeated Kazarian during this week’s IMPACT Wrestling TV show after interference from Edwards’ wife Alisha. Kazarian later challenged Edwards for a rematch at Slammiversary event. He also added that he would bring his wife Traci Brooks.

Brooks was involved with TNA from 2003 to 2012 in various roles as wrestlers, manager and Knockouts Division Commissioner. She returned last year at Slammiversary to help out Kazarian against Mike Bennett and took out Maria Kanellis.

The feud between Kazarian and Edwards started last month after Kazarian called out Edwards for poor sportsmanship with Yuya Uemera. Edwards refused to shake hands with Uemera after a competitive match. Kazarian said he was setting a poor example for locker room. This led to an argument between Alisha and Kazarian.

Kazarian defeated Edwards at Against All Odds 2023. The feud continued with a rematch which aired during this week’s IMPACT show where Edwards came out victorious from his wife’s help.

IMPACT Slammiversary 2023 PPV is set to air on July 15 from Windsor, Canada.
